My grandmother's answer as a child




 Male children should not be naked. That's why even if you are taking a bath, you should tie a towel. If it is removed......there must be some pile of yarn so it will be washed.




 I think they get used to it when they are young so that they don't slip. I don't know the rest. Our elders said the same if there is no pile of yarn on it like ghosts fall.
